Ingredients to make Heart Beat

  • wheat four atta – 100 gm
  • sugar powder - 2 tea spoon
  • Rose sugar syrup – 2 tea spoon
  • fruit ball – 1 tea spoon
  • salt – as per taste
  • Vegetable oil – 200 gm
  • water – as per required.

How to make Heart Beat

  1. Add water, pinch of salt into the atta and make dough. Then take small lump of atta.
  2. Make a roti with rolling pin and give heart shape with the using of mould. & make a cut the short strip and give the arrow shape.
  3. Take a deep frying pan and fry all till golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle sugar powder, Rose sugar syrup & decorate with colourful fruit ball on heart Beat & serve with Lots of LOVE.
