Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boil Potato – 150 gm
  2. Jawar Atta – 50 gm
  3. Wheat flour – 50 gm
  4. Red chili powder – ¼ tea spoon
  5. green chilly – 2-3
  6. Cumin seeds – ½ tea spoon
  7. turmeric powder – 1 pinch
  8. Garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
  9. Onion- 1 medium size
  10. green coriander leaves – 1 spring
  11. Ground nut oil – ½ cup
  12. Salt – as per taste

Instructions

  1. Remove the skin of boiled potato & smash it. Cut the onion, green chilly & green coriander leaves.
  2. Into the plate mix the smash potato, Jawar atta & Wheat Atta, turmeric powder, garlic paste & salt.
  3. With the rolling pin make round shape Aloo ka paratha.
  4. On a low gas flame spread the oil and put it on Mix Aloo ka Paratha and baked from the both side by applying oil as per your taste.
  5. Spread some oil on paratha and sprinkle red chilly powder, cumin seeds, cut onion, green chilly & green coriander leaves & Serve hot with decorated funny face.
