ABOUT Rajgira Atta Puris RECIPE

These puris are usually eaten during fasting. Rajgira atta is a good source of calcium. And its nutty flavour is awesome. It tastes great with Potato subji and kheer.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rajgira atta - 2 cups
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Oil - 1 tbsp
  4. Chilli and ginger paste as per taste
  5. few chopped coriander leaves
  6. Water to make dough

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and make a soft dough.
  2. Make small balls and either roll or just tap with finger and give shape of a round puri .
  3. Fry on medium flame till light brown.
  4. Serve hot with subji and enjoy.
