Stuffed paratha

Ingredients to make Stuffed paratha

  • For dough
  • Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  • water 1/2 cup
  • salt a pinch
  • For filling-
  • paneer 1/2 cup( grated of mashed)
  • carrot 1/2 cup
  • mint powder 1 tbsp
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Amchoor powder 1 tsp
  • salt as per taste

How to make Stuffed paratha

  1. First add salt to the flour and mix
  2. Add water little by little and knead to a soft dough
  3. Cover it with a wet kitchen towel and let it rest for 15 mins
  4. In the mean time make the filling
  5. Take all the ingredients for filling and mix
  6. NThe filling is ready
  7. Now take the dough and make equal size balls of it.
  8. Now take a ball and with your fingers spread it a little.put 1 tbsp of filling on it and seal the ball.
  9. Now apply some ghee on the on it and roll it with a rolling pin.
  10. In the mean time preheat a skillet and when rolled put the paratha on it.apply some ghee and cook till done.
  11. Serve hot with curd or pickle.
