  • potato 4
  • sabudana 50 g
  • Geenchilli 3
  • Salt (sendha namak)
  • ghee for shallow frying
  • Jeeraand sauf powder 2 tsp
  • Kutu ka atta 2 tsp

How to make Sabudana aloo ki tikki at home

  1. Step 1 Place the kadukas potatoes in a bowl. Add rock salt, jeera and sauf powder , green chilli paste and one cup sabudana and mix well. Step 2 Add kuttu ka atta and mix. Take some of the mixture and roll into a ball. Step 3 .Heat sufficient ghee in a tava and shallow fry the tikkis till crisp and golden brown.
