Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1/2 cup cornstarch
  2. 1 cup all-purpose flour
  3. 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 3 cups Whole Milk
  6. 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  7. 2 large eggs
  8. 2 tablespoon butter
  9. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  10. 3 teaspoons red velvet bakery emulsion
  11. 3 ounce small pack Strawberry Jello gelatin

Instructions

  1. Mix the corn starch, flour, sugar and salt to make a pudding mix. Mix well and store in an air tight container. Set aside.
  2. Pour 2 1/2 cups of whole milk in a medium saucepan. Turn the heat on the stove to low. Allow the milk to get steaming and hot, but not boiling.
  3. While the milk is heating, take another bowl and mix together the other half cup of milk with the 3/4 cup pudding mix, sugar and eggs.
  4. Once the milk is hot, add the the butter, vanilla, and red velvet flavoring to the hot milk and stir.
  5. Cook and stir until the pudding mixture starts to thicken.
  6. When the pudding is at a thick consistency, turn off the heat.
  7. Cool the pudding completely and store in the refrigerator.
  8. Boil cup of water.
  9. Empty jello powder into a large mixing bowl and add the boiling water.
  10. Continue stirring for two minutes or until the jello is completely dissolved.
  11. Add in the one cup of cold water .Refrigerate.
  12. When the jello is set mix it with your pudding.
