Ingredients to make Olive Parantha

  • wheat flour 2 1/2 cups
  • salt to taste
  • sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
  • Nigella seeds 2 teaspoons
  • Green chilli chopped 1
  • olive oil 2 tablespoon
  • olives chopped 1 cup
  • 2 Sprigs of basil leaves chopped
  • Dill leaves chopped 2 tablespoon
  • garlic chopped 1 tablespoon
  • Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon

How to make Olive Parantha

  1. To make the parantha mix all the ingredients in wheat flour and half the Olive oil.
  2. Add water to make the dough soft.
  3. Now roll out the parantha, make a cut from the centre towards the outer edge.
  4. Drizzle a little oil and start rolling the parantha from the open end to make a cone.
  5. Let it rest for another 10 minutes
  6. Now press the come and roll out into a round parantha.
  7. On a hot tawa cook both sides till Brown.
  8. Apply oil to the hot parantha and Serve

My Tip:

Have it with lemon pickle or whichever way you like
