Ingredients to make Palak Puris

  • wheat flour - 2 cups
  • palak - washed and roughly chopped ( 1 cup)
  • green chilly - 2
  • ginger - small piece
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • salt to taste
  • oil for Deep frying

How to make Palak Puris

  1. Take a mixer jar & blend the palak , green chilly, ginger & garlic to a smooth paste
  2. Now add this paste to the flour
  3. Put salt & knead it well
  4. Keep aside for half an hour
  5. Now take a kadai & heat oil in it
  6. Make small balls & roll to puri shape
  7. Deep fry them from both sides & serve hot with curry of your choice
