Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 2 cups All purpose flour
  2. 1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
  3. 1 tin milkmaid
  4. 3/4 cup butter
  5. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  6. 6 tbsp brown sugar
  7. 3/4 cup chocolate vermicelli
  8. 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  9. White Chocolate Cage-
  10. 1 cup white chocolate chips
  11. Butter paper
  12. Broad rolling pin

Instructions

  1. Take 1 tin milkmaid in a bowl
  2. Add the 3/4 cup butter
  3. Then add brown sugar, chocolate vermaselli, cocoa powder and mix it properly with the help of whisker or a hand blender
  4. Then add all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda
  5. If the dough is very tight add 1/2 cup of milk
  6. Grease a baking pan of 1 kg Place the batter into it
  7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C and bake the brownie for 40 min
  8. White Chocolate Cage -
  9. Take white chocolate choco chips
  10. Melt the white chocolate chips in a double boiler ( double boiler means take water in a bowl keep it on flame and place a pot with chocolate chips upon it )
  11. Take butter paper
  12. Now put the melted chocolate chips in a piping bag
  13. Draw your favourite design on the butter paper Keep it as it is for 2 minutes
  14. Now place it on a broad rolling pin and let it dry fully Or keep it in the refrigerator along the rolling pin
  15. When fully dry and stiff take it out carefully
  16. Assembling -
  17. Keep the brownie pieces vertically Drizzle some chocolate sauce on the brownie
  18. Keep the cage on top
