Aloo Paneer Paratha

Ingredients to make Aloo Paneer Paratha

  • 2 large potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 cup paneer grated ( you may also use homemade chhena)
  • 1 teaspoon jeera powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dhania powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chili powder OR 2 green chillies chopped finely
  • 1 bunch dhania patta chopped
  • salt to taste
  • For the Dough -
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour or multigrain flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • water to bind the dough
  • oil to fry the parathas

How to make Aloo Paneer Paratha

  1. Make a soft dough with the atta salt and water. Cover and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl mix the potatoes, paneer , jeera powder , dhania powder , salt , green chillies , dhania patta and mix well
  3. Divide the dough into portions and fill with the prepared stuffing.
  4. Roll out the parathas and fry with little oil on a tawa.
  5. Serve hot with achar and dahi.
