Ingredients to make Tempura Fried Eggplant With Spicy Garlic Sauce

  • Eggplant Slices 4-5
  • chilli flakes 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • Pinch of sugar
  • vinegar 1/2 teaspoon
  • tomato ketchup 2 tsp
  • ginger chopped 1 teaspoon
  • garlic 2 teaspoon crushed and chopped
  • tomato 1 Sliced
  • onion 1 medium- sliced
  • maida 2-3 tablespoon

How to make Tempura Fried Eggplant With Spicy Garlic Sauce

  1. Take a bowl, add maida, pinch of salt, water and make a thin batter Slice the Eggplant, pierce them with fork and put them into this batter Now deep fry them until crisp
  2. Take another pan , pour some oil add garlic and ginger and saute them. Add Onion and saute for a while. Then add Tomatoes, salt to taste, chilli flakes, tomato ketchup & vinegar. Mix well
  3. Let it cook for a while and add pinch of Sugar into it.
  4. Assemble the Tempura fried eggplant on a Serving tray and spread the Spicy tangy sauce on it. Serve hot.
