the addition of mayonnaise makes this chocolate cake recipe nice and moist.

Ingredients Serving: 4

1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Vanilla essence Few drops
Water as required

Instructions

in a bowl mix mayonnaise and sugar.
sieve all dry ingrediants in a bowl and add this to mayonnaise mix.
add essence, water and make a smooth batter.
line muffin mould with paper cups and pour batter into this. bake in preheated oven at 180c for 20 minutes.
garnish with chocolate sauce, grated chocolate and sprinklers.
