Ingredients to make Keema Roti with Sunny side up

  • chicken Keema 1 cup
  • onion chopped 1
  • ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • Green chilli chopped 1
  • jeera powder half teaspoon
  • amchur half teaspoon
  • dhania powder half teaspoon
  • red chilli half teaspoon
  • chicken masala half teaspoon
  • Whole wheat atta 1 cup
  • ghee 2-3 tsp
  • egg 1

How to make Keema Roti with Sunny side up

  1. Take a pan , put 1 teaspoon ghee
  2. add Ginger garlic , onion , chicken keema
  3. n cook well until it turns brown
  4. then add all the dry masala n cook again
  5. Take a dough n make a stuffed parantha with the chicken filling
  6. Put it on a Non stick tawa, & cook it from both sides
  7. Now crack 1 egg on one side & cover the tawa with the lid
  8. So that the egg start cooking with the heat of the parantha
  9. Serve Hot
