Marwadi Papad Paratha

Ingredients to make Marwadi Papad Paratha

  • 3-4 Papad of choice
  • 250 grams wheat flour
  • 2 tspn pure ghee
  • salt to taste
  • a pinch of hing
  • 1 /2 tspn red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspn paprika
  • Pinch of Aamchur
  • 1/2 tspn cummin
  • 1 tblspn oil

How to make Marwadi Papad Paratha

  1. Knead flour with pinch of salt appllying oil massage well and keep aside
  2. Now Roast the papad keep a roasting mesh on gas flame
  3. Crush into pieces while slight hot and add seasoning
  4. Now make small pooris and apply little pure ghee inside .Fill into the papad chura with seasoning
  5. Close this well lightly and start rolling into paratha with light pressure
  6. Heat skillet or Tava and Roast parathas applying little ghee on both sides
  7. Cut out into halves serve with your favourite curry green mint chutney or aaloo paneer curry

My Tip:

Make fresh making it before will not be as crispy or enjoyable
