Ingredients to make Palaada.(Rice crepes)

  • Raw rice 1 cup
  • egg 1
  • coconut Milk 1 Cup
  • water,enough for the batter.
  • salt.

How to make Palaada.(Rice crepes)

  1. Soak rice for 2 hrs.
  2. Grind rice with coconut milk & salt.
  3. Beat egg in a mixer & add to the rice mixture.
  4. Add enough water,to make a loose batter.
  5. Heat a non stick pan.pour batter,spread it with the pan itself,covering all places. Somewhat like a big thin dosa.
  6. When one side is cooked & the edges seperates from the pan ,remove .
  7. Serve hot.

My Tip:

The batter should b very thin.Then only we can make thin rotis. Use a non stick pan.
