Choco Coconut Marie Rolls

Ingredients to make Choco Coconut Marie Rolls

  • Marie biscuit - 1 pack
  • Cocoa powder - 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Powdered sugar - 3 to 4 tbsp
  • dessicated coconut - 1 pack
  • butter - 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
  • Milk - 1 cup

How to make Choco Coconut Marie Rolls

  1. Crush Marie biscuits as finely as possible add in cocoa powder, sugar and milk to make a dough.
  2. In a bowl mix desiccated coconut, butter and vanilla essence. Mix well.
  3. Now roll the Marie-Coco dough flat and add the filling of coco-vanilla butter.
  4. Slowly roll it tight, close both the ends and cover with foil paper and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
  5. Cut and serve cold.
