Ingredients to make Instant Paneer mushroom tikka

  • paneer-1kg
  • mushroom-2 packs
  • coriander leaves
  • mint leaves
  • Hang curd -2cup
  • Green chilli
  • lemon juise-1
  • salt
  • oil

How to make Instant Paneer mushroom tikka

  1. Put a grinder then add coriander leaves,mint leaves, lemon juise,salt ,some oil and grind it & make a paste
  2. Put a bowl add hang curd & ready coriander leaves paste
  3. Then mix it well and then put another bowl and and half ready better
  4. Then put first bowl and add paneer cubes and mushrooms add in second bowl and mix well keep aside for 10 minutes
  5. Put a silicon's mold and firstly add paneer cubes one by one and grille in mini tandoor or oven for 15 minutes after that put all cubes and add a plate
  6. And then add ready mushrooms one by one and grille again and then add a plate
  7. Tikkas ready serve with green chatni
