  • 2_ grated carrot 1
  • 3_ half grated beet
  • 4_half cup grated cabbage
  • 5_ half cup grated cauliflower
  • 6_ salt
  • 7_ pwdr Masala like turmuric pwdr ,redchilli pwdr ,cumin pwdr, coriander pwdr& garama masala
  • 8_oil

  1. Take all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
  2. Then mix all the grated vegies
  3. Add some water & mix it properly
  4. Make a semi thick consistency
  5. Now heat a nonstick skillet spered some oil& rub ,Then pour 1 led full batter and spread like a dosa
  6. After few mins let's flip the chilla,
  7. When the both sides are well cooked then switch off the flame
  8. Make all the chilla's in same process
  9. Serve hot with achar/chatni/sauce
