Ingredients to make Instant bread rabdi

  • Bread crumbs - 1 cup
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Milk masala powder - 1 tbsp
  • Condensed milk - 1 cup
  • Kesar - Few strands
  • Pistachios and almonds for garnishing

How to make Instant bread rabdi

  1. Mix condensed milk into the milk and boil it by giving it a constant stir.
  2. Add milk masala powder and keep stirring on a low flame.
  3. Check the consistency, add kesar which should have been diluted in some warm milk. (2 tbsp)
  4. Crush the bread, make bread crumbs by discarding the sides of the bread.
  5. Once the milk is thick let it cool down to room temperature.
  6. Now add bread crumbs and decorate it with fresh pistachios and almonds.
  7. Freeze it and serve chilled
My Tip: White bread is preferable.
