Ingredients to make Pizza dosa

  • 2cup dosa batter
  • salt
  • onion 1cup
  • Brocalli 1cup
  • Red, yellow, green bell pepper 1cup
  • Grated paneer 1cup
  • tomato 1cup
  • green chillies 2tsp
  • Process cheese 4cubes
  • Oregano 2tsp
  • chilli flakes 2tsp
  • Pizza sauce
  • oil for cooking

How to make Pizza dosa

  1. Take batter add water according dosa consistency. Add salt
  2. Chop all vegetables finely. Take oil in a pan and add onion. Saute till golden and add all the vegeies one by one.
  3. Cook till soften. Then add salt ,pepper, chilli powder oregano flakes and lastly coriander leaves.
  4. Then take a tawa and make dosa. When half done spread pizza sauce over it. And add vegetables.
  5. Lastly cover with grated cheese.
  6. Fold it and dosa is ready. Very very tempting it is

Can add vegetables as u wish
