Ingredients to make beetroot puri

  • 2cups all purpose flour
  • 2tbspn beetroot paste
  • sugar 1 tbs
  • salt 1/2 tspn
  • ghee 2 tbsn
  • Lukewarm water
  • ghee for frying

How to make beetroot puri

  1. mix ghee with all purpose flour.. add salt,sugar..knead into a dough..
  2. keep them covered with a wet cloth for 20 min
  3. divide into small balls of puri..
  4. roll the balls into puri with roll pin..and dee fry..
  5. serve with coconuts mixed chana dal..

My Tip:

u can use white oil instead of ghee.. and can add some flavour like cardamom /cinnamon powder into it
