Ingredients to make Peas/ matar paratha

  • peas 200grams
  • wheat flour 1/2 kg
  • cumin seed 1/2 tsp
  • salt
  • cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp
  • Chatt masala 3/4 tsp
  • chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  • asafoetida 1pinch
  • ghee/ refined oil
  • Ajavain 1/2 tsp
  • coriander leaves

How to make Peas/ matar paratha

  1. Take a pan and put 2 tspn oil to it.
  2. Add cumin seed and wait till it get roasted. Now add peas and cook for some minute.
  3. Now grind the cooked peas. Add salt, cumin powder , chilli powder, chatt masala and coriander leaves to it.
  4. In a bowl take flour and add salt, ajavain, asafoetida, ghee and knead to make dough with water.
  5. Pinch a small portion of dough make a round shape and fill the small quantity of peas stuffing to it.
  6. Roll to make patatha and cook on tawa by spreading ghee or refined oil.
  7. Enjoy paratha with chutney.
