Ingredients to make Moong Anar chat...

  • 1 cup sprout moond dal
  • 1 medium onion ( finely cut )
  • 1 boiled potato (cut in small pieces )
  • 2 green chillies ( finely cut )
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice.
  • 1 service spoon fresh curd.
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tpsp Green coriander chatny
  • 2 tbsp tamarind and jaggery chatny.
  • Salt,red chilli powder,black pepper powder,chat masala and roasted cumin powder according to your taste.

How to make Moong Anar chat...

  1. 1. Take a big bowl and mix moong dal, onion,green chilli, boiled potato pieces,pomigrante well.
  2. 2. Now mix all spices and curd.
  3. 3. Mix both chatnies.
  4. 4. Quickly serve this tangy chat.

My Tip:

1.You can add raisins in the tamarind n jaggery chatny.It enhances the taste. 2.You can add more fresh fruits along with pomegranate like banana or grapes 3.Serve it quickly after mixing the ingredients. 4.You cad add raita bundi for cruchi taste.
