Ingredients to make Thadai Phirni, with rose cream topped with kesariy

  • Milk 500 ml
  • Condensed milk 200ml
  • rice 5tb spoon(soaked and grind into a smooth paste)
  • kesar a pinch
  • rose syrup
  • Heavy or whipped cream 200ml
  • Thandai powder (i used homemade thandai mix)
  • Agar Agar 1 tbspn

How to make Thadai Phirni, with rose cream topped with kesariy

  1. Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan, add rice paste n cook, as it thickens add condensed milk. Mix it well.
  2. Now let the phirni cool to room temperature, then add thandai powder mix it well.
  3. Now let it chill for sometime in the fridge
  4. Take whipped cream add rose syrup. Keep it in fridge
  5. Soak agar agar in water to bloom. Add kesar to one teaspoon of water. Add kesar mixture to the agar agar mixture n put it on flame to boil. Let the mixture gets cool and then keep it in the fridge for a while
  6. Assemble the phirni in a glass and top it with rose cream. Add kesariya jelly on the top and serve it chilled.
