How to make Makki Roti Discs with Sarson Saag Quinnel

  1. Mix all the ingredients of makki roti and make a semi soft dough with warm water..
  2. Keep it aside for 15-20minutes..
  3. Take the dough and make small balls out of it.. Roll then into thin and small discs.. Cook on low flame from both sides for 2minutes each till crisp..
  4. Remove from flame and apply a dollop of ghee.. Put a quinnel of sarson ka saag and serve as starter

My Tip:

Make sure you cook the rotis on low flame till crisp.. This would avoid the rotis getting soggy fast when served with sarson quinnel...
