  • 1 cup thick chilled curd
  • 2 tbsp Milkmaid
  • 2-3 drops rose water
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachio
  • 10-12 organic rose petals
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

How to make Pomegrante Pistachios Rose Shrikhand

  1. For Rose Shirkhand :
  2. Whisk curd and milkmaid , until it becomes creamy and smooth.
  3. Add rose water and chopped rose leaves and mix well.
  4. Assembly :
  5. In small glasses spread a layer of pomegranate seeds ,next add rose shrikhand , followed by chopped rose petals and some pistachios.
  6. Add one more layer of shrikhand.
  7. Garnish with pomegranate seeds , chopped pistachios and rose petals
  8. Chill for 10 -15 mins before serving.
