Ingredients to make BHATURE

  • 3 bowls refined flour
  • 1 bowl semolina
  • 1/2 bowl gram flour /besan
  • 3 boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1 tea spoon oil
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1/2 tea spoon baking soda
  • 1 cup water or per needed

How to make BHATURE

  1. In a big broad vessel collet all the above mentioned ingredients
  2. Rub with hands then with luke warm water slowly knead a soft sticky dough
  3. The dough shoukd not be too soft nor too hard
  4. It should be of medium consistency
  5. Keep it aside for firmentatation for 3 to 4 hours or till done with cover of damp cloth in a greased bowl
  6. Divide the dough in to small dumplings
  7. Make a round ball of each dumpling
  8. With dry flour roll a ball of the dough in a big size puri Fry on medium.flame Fry from both sides Fry till golden

My Tip:

Keep the consistency of the dough medium
