Ingredients to make Yellow Moong Dal and Palak Roti

  • 1 cup Yellow moong dal/ Yellow Gram Lentil, soaked for an hour in warm water
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp turmeric Powde
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 TBSP RED CHILI POWDER
  • 1 tbsp Dry mango powder / Amchur
  • salt to taste

How to make Yellow Moong Dal and Palak Roti

  1. Blend the soaked dal into a fine paste and let it rest for some time. In a hot pan, pour the mixture like you would do for a pancake or a dosa. Once you see holes in the crepe, turn it on
  2. Mix all the ingredients into the dal and mix well.
