Ingredients to make soya nuggets chilli

  • 35 to 40 soya chunks soaked in water for half an hour
  • 1/2 green bellpepper
  • 1/2 yellowbellpepper
  • 1/2 red bellpepper
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 bunch of spring onion finely chopped
  • 1 bowl of corianderchopped
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 2tbs oil
  • 1 onion finely chopped

How to make soya nuggets chilli

  1. remove excess water from soya chunks and cut them into pieces as desired. now heat oil in the pan and add finely chopped tomato and onion and sauté for 2 mins then add all bellpeppers and sauté for another 2 mins then add spring onions and
  2. soyachunks and cover it with lid and cook for 2 mins on medium flame . now add turmeric powder and garam masala powder and salt to taste and keep sauté for further 3 mins. finally add chopped coriander for garnishing .
