Ingredients to make Spiced rice flour bread/Doda..

  • Rice flour 2cups
  • onion 1 finely chopped
  • tomato 1 finely chopped
  • potato 1 finely chopped
  • Coriender leaves 1/4cup finely chopped
  • fenugreek leaves 1/4cup finely chopped
  • Spring garlic 3tbsp finely chopped
  • Green chilli finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1tsp
  • oil 2tbsp
  • water as needed
  • oil for brushing while cooking

  1. Take a deep vessel add all the ingredients mention
  2. Add water slowly and make a dough
  3. Take a portion of dough roll it on a surface coverd with polythene or u can tap it directly on hot pan/tava In a round shape
