Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1cup whole wheat flour
  2. 2TBSP GHEE
  3. Salt to taste
  4. For stuffing:
  5. 1 1/2 cups grated and blanched broccoli
  6. 1/2 cup grated mozzarella chesse
  7. 4tbsp chopped coriander
  8. 3tsp finely chopped green chillies
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Whole wheat flour for rolling
  11. Ghee for cooking

Instructions

  1. For the dough :
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead in to a semi soft dough using enough water
  3. Cover it and keep aside for 15 minutes
  4. For stuffing :
  5. Combine all stuffing ingredients in a deep bowl
  6. Divide the stuffing and dough into 6 equal portions
  7. Roll each portion of the dough into a circle and place a portion of the broccoli stuffing in the centre of the circle
  8. Bring together all the sides in the center, seal tightly and again roll out in to a circle using a little whole wheat flour for rolling
  9. Heat nonstick tava (griddle) and grease it little ghee. cook the paratha..
  10. Serve immediately
