Broccoli and cheese paratha

Ingredients to make Broccoli and cheese paratha

  • 1cup whole wheat flour
  • 2TBSP ghee
  • salt to taste
  • For stuffing:
  • 1 1/2 cups grated and blanched broccoli
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella chesse
  • 4tbsp chopped coriander
  • 3tsp finely chopped green chillies
  • salt to taste
  • Whole wheat flour for rolling
  • ghee for cooking

How to make Broccoli and cheese paratha

  1. For the dough :
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead in to a semi soft dough using enough water
  3. Cover it and keep aside for 15 minutes
  4. For stuffing :
  5. Combine all stuffing ingredients in a deep bowl
  6. Divide the stuffing and dough into 6 equal portions
  7. Roll each portion of the dough into a circle and place a portion of the broccoli stuffing in the centre of the circle
  8. Bring together all the sides in the center, seal tightly and again roll out in to a circle using a little whole wheat flour for rolling
  9. Heat nonstick tava (griddle) and grease it little ghee. cook the paratha..
  10. Serve immediately
