Ingredients to make Veg keema matar

  • cauliflower florets(blanched 1 full)
  • Green peas (1cup)
  • ginger Garlic Paste
  • Salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder
  • Garam masala, coriander powder
  • mustard oil
  • onion chopped
  • tomatoes chopped

How to make Veg keema matar

  1. Grate cauliflower florets minutely.
  2. Add oil to a heavy bottom kadhai, once heated add onion and let it cook.
  3. Now add the ginger garlic paste and cook untill the raw smell goes.
  4. Then add all the dry masalas and stir well. As the oil seperates, add the chopped tomatoes and salt.
  5. Cook till the tomatoes mix well.
  6. Now add the grated cauliflower and the washed green peas. Mix well and cover the kadhai, so that both get cooked properly. Keep stirring at equal intervals.
  7. Once done open the cover and roast them nicely.
  8. Close the gas and garnish with coriander leaves.
