Ingredients to make Mango matka kulfi.

  • 250 ml : heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 can : Condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup : full fat Milk
  • 2 cups : Thick mango pulp
  • Few salty roasted crushed pistachios

How to make Mango matka kulfi.

  1. Whip the heavy cream using an hand blender or stand mixer until semi stiff peaks.
  2. Next fold in the milk , condensed milk and mango pulp.
  3. Now scoop this indulgence into the moulds of your preference (popsicle moulds , bowls , matka's etc )
  4. Top them with crushed pistachios cover them with their lids or aluminium foil. Freeze them for 4 to 6 hrs or until firm to touch.
  5. Creamy mango kulfi's are ready to lick ! So soft,velvetty,lucious indulgence !

My Tip:

Use unsweetened Mango pulp if not reduce the amount of condensed milk.
