Healthy Beetroot Paratha

Ingredients to make Healthy Beetroot Paratha

  • Whole wheat flour 1 1/2 cups
  • Beetroot 2 small grated
  • Roasted cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp
  • chilli powder 1/2 tsp or chopped green chilli 2
  • salt 1/4 tsp
  • Dry mango powder 1/2 tsp or lemon juice 1/2 tsp
  • coriander leaves chopped 1 tsp
  • yoghurt 2 tsp
  • oil 1 tsp
  • Ghee / butter for frying 2 tsp
  • water 1/2 cup or more

How to make Healthy Beetroot Paratha

  1. Wash and grate beetroot
  2. Chop coriander leaves and green chilli
  3. Now take a big bowl , mix all the ingredients
  4. Knead with water , put little little , as you need
  5. Now knead again with a tsp oil
  6. Cover and keep aside for 30 mins
  7. Make medium size balls , 6_7
  8. Roll them
  9. Fry in medium heat in the tawa
  10. When small bubble comes flip them
  11. When both sides turn little brown spread butter or ghee using a spoon
  12. Follow the steps and make all the parathas
  13. Serve hot immediately.
