ABOUT Amrakhand RECIPE

Usually we make this on festivals. In Shrikhand mango pulp is added so it is called Amrakhand.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hung Curd approximately 3 cups
  2. Sugar 2 cups
  3. 2 Alphanso mango pulp
  4. Few scoops of Mango for decoration
  5. saffron strands
  6. Cardamom powder 1/2 Teaspoons
  7. Few pistachios for decoration

Instructions

  1. Beat hung curd and sugar with a hand mixer.
  2. Add pulp of 2 Alphanso mangos in it and mix it well.
  3. Add saffron strands and cardamom powder in it.
  4. Decorate amrakhand with mango scoops and pistachios.
  5. Keep it in the fridge and enjoy the Amrakhand. :heart_eyes:
