  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2cup sliced Capcicum
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp chopped green chilly
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4vtsp chillyflakes
  • salt to taste
  • clarified butter for parantha

How to make Capcicum and cabbage parantha

  1. Take a bowl add cabbage capicum onion and seasoning mix Well
  2. Take a whaet flour dough and roll it with roller pin spread cabbage stuffing and make a ball
  3. Again roll the parantha with roller pin take a TWA and roast the parantha apply clarified butter
  4. Roast both sides
  5. Cut pieces and serve with raita or curd

My Tip:

You can also add maggi masala insted of chilly flakes and oregana
