ABOUT Onion Paratha RECIPE

It can be made for breakfast or can be made for tiffin as its healthy and filling

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 Onions
  2. 4 green chillies
  3. Handful coriander leaves
  4. Salt
  5. 1 tsp roasted zeera
  6. Amchur powder 1 tsp
  7. Ajwain 1 pinch
  8. For dough -
  9. 1 bowl of wheat flour
  10. 4 tsp of rawa
  11. 2 tsp oil
  12. oil

Instructions

  1. Chopp onions, green chilly and coriander
  2. Mix all the ingredients of dough and make a soft dough. Cover and keep for 15 minutes
  3. Mix all ingredients for stuffing
  4. Take a dough and make small balls and stuff in paratha
  5. Heat nonstick tava. cook paratha on both the sides with oil
  6. Sever with curd or makhaan or butter or ghee
