Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Grated jaggery- 1/2 cup
  2. Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
  3. Wheat flour 2 cups
  4. Ghee for cooking.

Instructions

  1. Take a pan. heat it
  2. Add sesame seeds.
  3. Now take grated Jaggery.
  4. Add Jaggery in the pan.
  5. Turn off the gas and mix properly.
  6. Add 1/2 sp of ghee.
  7. Mix properly.
  8. Make dough with wheat flour. Now take a small ball of wheat flour dough.
  9. Roll a roti.
  10. Keep Jaggery paste in the middle.
  11. Now roll it into a roti.
  12. Now heat a tawa and transfer this paratha on tawa.
  13. Apply some ghee and on paratha and cook properly from both sides on low flame.
  14. Serve this yummy paratha with homemade butter.
