Ingredients to make Dry fruits Chocolate Balls

  • plum cake 8'' round - 1
  • almonds+cashew+pistachio (roasted & chopped) - 1/4 cup
  • dessicated coconut - 2 tbsp
  • chocolate ganache - 1/2 cup
  • dark chocolate - 1/2 cup
  • white chocolate for piping

How to make Dry fruits Chocolate Balls

  1. Take the plum cake, crush & add dry fruits, chocolate ganache, desiccated coconut. Mix it well.
  2. Make medium size balls, set in freeze for 10 mins.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate, dip one by one in the melted chocolate. Keep in the freezer for a few minutes.
  4. Take the melted white chocolate, make a piping bag of butter paper, line on each ball & garnish with dry fruits.
