Ingredients to make Sabudana And Vermicelli Kheer

  • 1 litre milk
  • 1/2 cup sabudana
  • 1 cup roasted vermicelli
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp custard powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dry fruits

How to make Sabudana And Vermicelli Kheer

  1. Soak sabudana in water for 2 hours.
  2. Take 1 tbsp ghee roast vermicelli then add milk to it.
  3. Then add sugar cook for 5 mins.
  4. In another dish boil sabudana until transparent.
  5. Then add in milk.
  6. Add in almonds, raisins and pistachio.
  7. Add in the vanila extract.
  8. Take some cold milk in a cup. add in custard powder and stir well.
  9. Then add in kheer.
  10. Cook until milk it thickens.
  11. Serve chilled.
