Ingredients to make Kesari

  • 2 tsp ghee
  • 1/2 cup sooji/rava
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 Cups water

How to make Kesari

  1. Take ghee, sugar, water in the pressure cooker. Cook for 1 whistle
  2. Release pressure and add sooji & close the lid.
  3. Spread kesari in a greased plate.
  4. Serve after 20 mins.
