Kewda Paneer Jalebi

Ingredients to make Kewda Paneer Jalebi

  • 1 cup maida
  • 1cup grated paneer
  • 1/2 cup sooji
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • -2tbsp curd
  • oil for frying
  • kewda essence 1/2 tsp
  • 1pinch yellow food colour
  • sugar 2 cup
  • water half cup
  • cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

How to make Kewda Paneer Jalebi

  1. Take all dry ingredients in mixing bowl & mix it properly
  2. Then add curd & grated paneer mix all ingredients and kneed a soft dough without using drop of water
  3. Leave it for 15 mins
  4. After 15 mins the dough should be increase in double
  5. Then kneed dough second time in light handed
  6. Take some dough make a string like a rope and give a jalebi shape
  7. Now heat oil in a pan when the oil is heat turn low the flame& fry jalebi till crispy and change in to golden colour
  8. For sugar syrup in a pan take sugar and water make 1 string thick sugar syrup
  9. Add kwda essence, cardamom pwdr and food colour in sugar syrup & off the flame
  10. When all the jalebi 's are nicely fried add into sugar syrup
  11. Dip all jalebi one by one in sugar syrup when jalebi's are soaked sugar syrup take out in a plate& amp; serve hot kewda paneer jalebi

If u dont like kewda then skip it
