ABOUT Missi Veggie Poori RECIPE

Sumptuous and healthy, quick and easy, masala poori is ideal for snack and meal. Made with wheat, gram flour and some fresh healthy veggies and onions, the taste is awesome. Seve with a pickle.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 grams Wheat flour
  2. 1 cup Gram Flour
  3. 1 cup chopped spinach
  4. 1/2 cup Carrots grated
  5. 1 medium onion finely cut
  6. Some coriander leaves
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  9. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  10. Oil to deep fry

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop all the vegetables
  2. Now take wheat flour add in the gram flour and salt along with all spices. Add vegetables. Mix well
  3. Knead with oil to firm dough
  4. Heat oil in a kadai
  5. Start making balls of dough greasing palms
  6. Roll into pooris and start frying golden
  7. Remove each and serve with pickle
