Cheese Corn Pizza Paratha

Ingredients to make Cheese Corn Pizza Paratha

  • 3 cups wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oil
  • For stuffing -
  • 2/3 cup boiled american corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup Grated Cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella ( add more if you wish )
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1tsp pizza seasoning
  • oil for frying

How to make Cheese Corn Pizza Paratha

  1. Knead the dough using the flour, salt and water. The dough should be soft
  2. Put some oil all over the dough and smoothen the dough little bit more. Cover and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes
  3. For stuffing -
  4. Mix all the ingredients mentioned above for filling and keep aside
  5. After 15 minutes, uncover the dough and put little oil again and knead before shaping
  6. Roll one portion into a circle take a portion of the filling and spread evenly
  7. Cover with the other rolled dough circle and seal edges gently with the help of fork
  8. Take a pan and spread little oil and fry the paratha on medium heat. While cooking parathas, press them gently with the spatula especially near the edges. Fry till they become brown and crisp from both sides.
  9. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or any dip of your choice.
