Rajasthani Daliya Kheer

Ingredients to make Rajasthani Daliya Kheer

  • Broken Wheat 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Milk 3cups
  • Coconut powder 2 tbsp
  • Ghee 2 tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • Chopped pistachio1 tsp
  • Chopped almond 1 tsp
  • Some rose petals
  • Rose essence 1/4 tsp

How to make Rajasthani Daliya Kheer

  1. Take a kadai or pan heat ghee and add broken wheat and roast for 3-5 mins.
  2. Add milk and cook on low flame.
  3. Cook it till it becomes little thick.
  4. Add sugar, cardamom powder,coconut powder.
  5. Add dry fruits and rose petals. In last add rose essence. Cook it for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Turn off the flame and let it cool
  7. Now freeze it for 5-10 minutes. When serving garnish with some rose petals And dry fruits.
