Ingredients to make Wheatflour Oats Peanut Pumpkin Cake

  • 1 1/2 cup Wheatflour
  • 2 tbsp sooji
  • 2 tbsp roasted oats powder
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon and nutmeg powder
  • 1/4 tbsp soda
  • salt 1 pinch
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 cup grated yellow pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup jaggery
  • 25 gm crushed peanut
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup milk

How to make Wheatflour Oats Peanut Pumpkin Cake

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and Sieve properly
  2. Now heat a pan add ghee and grated pumpkin. saute for 4 mins
  3. Then add jaggery on pumpkin when the jaggery melts. switch off the flame
  4. Now add all dry ingredients and pumpkin jaggery Mix, 1 cup milk, roasted crushed peanut and vanilla essence and make a smooth batter
  5. Now grease a nonstick pan and preheat then pour the cake batter and bake at least 15 to 20 mins in a low flame
  6. After 20 mins remove the pan lid and the cake is done

My Tip:

Batter should be thick
