Ingredients to make Oats And Methi Paratha

  • 1 cup whole wheat aata
  • 1/2 cup besan
  • 1/4 Cup Oats
  • salt as per taste
  • Ajwain 1 tsp
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • Methi leaves 1 cup

How to make Oats And Methi Paratha

  1. Firstly clean and wash Meethi leaves, put then aside
  2. Now take 1 mixing bowl add all the ingredients(aata, besan, oats, salt ajwain, hing and oil) after that mix meethi leaves
  3. With help of water knead all ingredients and make a soft dough.
  4. Let dough rest for 15 to 20 minutes
  5. Now make paratha with pure ghee and serve with raita chutney or achar
