Open Veg Paratha

Ingredients to make Open Veg Paratha

  • Wheat flour 1cup
  • All purpose flour 1/2cup
  • Spinach puree 1/4cup
  • Tomato puree 1/4cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder
  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Water as needed
  • For Filling -
  • Boil mash potato 1cup
  • Cabbage finely chopped - 4tbsp
  • Capsicum finely chopped - 3tbsp
  • Coriander finely chopped -2 tbsp
  • Cheese 1cube grated
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder- 1/2tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion finely chopped - 3 tbsp

How to make Open Veg Paratha

  1. First make 3 colour doughs
  2. Mix wheat flour all purpose flour in a vessel add salt oil and mix
  3. Divide into 3 parts
  4. Bind one part by adding spinach puree and water as needed. green dough is ready
  5. make second dough with tomato puree add red chili powder and water as needed. the red dough is ready
  6. Knead third portion with plain water
  7. Now for filling heat a pan, add oil, add onion and saute
  8. Add cabbage capsicum and saute
  9. Add salt red chili powder turmeric powder add boil potato and cheese and mix well Add coriander and the filling is ready
  10. Now for parathas take a portion of dough roll it in thin chapati
  11. Spread filling on the chapati in round shape
  12. Fold the sides stick them propely
  13. Heat a pan cook paratha from both the sides apply oil while cooking.
