Ingredients to make Doodh No Halwo (Milk Halwa)

  • mawa 350 gms
  • Condensed Milk 1 tin
  • Milk 1 cup
  • sugar 2tbsp
  • ghee 2tbsp
  • saffron few strands
  • cardamom powder 1tsp
  • pistachio for garnishing

How to make Doodh No Halwo (Milk Halwa)

  1. Roast Mawa in a nonstick pan for 5 minutes add milk and condensed milk
  2. Add saffron
  3. Stir on medium heat continuously till water evaporates
  4. Add sugar and stir for 5 minutes
  5. Add cardamom and ghee and stir continuously till it absorbs all ghee and looks like halwa
  6. Garnish with saffron and pistachio
  7. Serve hot
