Rice Kheer

Ingredients to make Rice Kheer

  • 1/2 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 250 ml boiled milk
  • 2 tbsp chopped dry fruits
  • 8 To 10 kesar strands

How to make Rice Kheer

  1. Take a deep vessel add ghee lightly roast in chopped dry fruits . Remove the dry fruits
  2. Now cook rice, add in ghee and saute for 2 minutes
  3. Add milk & sugar. Adjust both
  4. Boil for 5 to 6 minutes
  5. Add in fried dry fruits, kesar and mix well
  6. Garnish with kesar strands & dry fruits
  7. Serve hot or cold

My Tip:

Here I used cooked rice you can add uncooked rice
